The above data shows that, Access bank is the largest bank in Nigeria by total asset as of H1 2022 with13.199trillion, while sterling bank was the lowest among the listed largest bank in Nigeria by total asset with 1.814trillion as of H1 2022

Procedure:
Soak the bean for about 10min,after that ,take the beans to a nearby engine and grind.make sure it is grind very smoothly . After that , sieve out the chaff and place a big pot on heat and pour in the grind soya beans,cover and allow to boil up, while it’s on heat, soak your alom allow to melt and set aside for later use .
Note :pls keep a close watch on it so it doesn’t foams and pour .if it ended up foaming up,just get a spoon and keep stirring until it calms down .
After it’s boiled , immediately add in the alom liquid.or ur fermented pap water cover and allow to cook for 1min. It’ll form lumps immediately,After that,bring down,pour into a chiffon cloth , before draining out the water , add the seasoning cubes and a lil bit of salt (this is just to give it more taste ).Now drain out the water by twisting the chiffon clothe tightly as shown below.

At this point keep on a surface and place something heavy on top of it(this is to help drain out the remaining water and also help make it solid )
Leave for 20mins or for as long as possible, remove from the chiffon cloth and cut it in ur desired shapes . I like mine to b in the shape as shown below 😄
Fry and coat it with egg it’s ready to eat .u can eat it with pounded dried pepper and seasoning or u can make a pepper sauce like I did . U can even eat it like that .



Fried Rice recipe from my kitchen
FRIED RICE RECIPE
ingredients:
Carrot
Spring onions
ONIONS
Green beans
Green pepper
Liver, or meat optional
Salt
Curry powder
Maggi
Fried rice season
Chicken or beef
PROCEDURE
STEP1: Firstly, we have to cut the chicken or beef to a medium size you desires and Wash thoroughly, put in the pot, add chicken seasons, Maggi , pinch of salt and ½spoon of Curry powder.
Then, stem for 2mins, stir well before adding water that will cook the beef till it done .
NOTE ( THAT BEEF STOCK WATER IS IMPORTANT FOR MORE TASTE IN YOUR FRIED RICE)
Cook the beef for 10mins and separate the beef by transferring it to sieve and keep the season water aside.
Then fry the beef and keep aside.
Step2:
In another pot , boil hot ,add 1spoon of Curry powder,
Measure the rice that you will be cooking.
Wash like w times, then turn the rice in the pot and allow it to perboil for 10mins, sieve it out.
( This time the rice will be greenish in colour.
Step3:
This time around put the pot on fire, add the chicken seasons water , add 5 cups of water depends on the quantity of rice.
Add all the ingredients like , Maggi , salt, fried rice season, dried pepper, another spoon of Curry if you are not satisfied with the color yet. Check for taste and allow the pot to boil well then , add the rice.
Let it cook for 10 minutes or more (REMEMBER DON’T OVER COOK THE RICE , NEED TO STAY ONE ONE ,NOT WATERY) So after 10mins check how strong is is the rice, if it is too strong cook it for sometime, but if it is not transfer the rice to sieve and keep aside.
Step4
Wash all the veggies and cut it all, the carrots, spring onions, onions leaf, green pepper, green beans, cut to the size you want.
Step5:
In a big pot add enough oil . Then put the spring onions, liver or diced meat, green beans, green pepper, sweet corn, mix all together and add 2 Maggi cubes and pinch of salt, mix well.
Start adding the rice little by little and continue mixing add the onions leaf .
Mix all together and allow it to heat up in a low heat for 2mins then the food is ready.
Serve with pepper meat or chicken and enjoy

The theme for the 2022 celebration is “Our Time Is Now, Our Rights, Our Future.”
Every child deserves better education, many believes women are to get married, give birth and participant in house chores but is quite different. Women need to acquired knowledge.
Dambun Shinkafa
Hausa food made with rice and moringa leaves or spinach.
Recipe-Dambun shinkafa. Ingridients- rice granules(tsakin shinkafa), red & green pepper, scotch bonnet, onions, vegetable oil, spinach/moringa leaves, spring onion, groundnut, salt, seasoning. Procedure: Wash rice granules, strain & put into calabash for 30mins, mix rice granules wit salt & steam half done & allow to cool. Remove groundnut shaft & roughly grind, wash spinach/moringa leaves, spring onion & cut, wash scotch bonnet & greate. In a large bowl add rice granules, groundnut, spinach, spring onion, scotch bonnet, seasoning, mix well & steam. Wash red & green pepper, onions cut & steam seperate. Fry vegetable oil wit onions. When steamed, in a bowl add “dambun shinkafa” steamed pepper & onion wit fried vegetable oil & mix and sreve. Ur dambun shinkafa is ready.

Moi moi paired with cabbage sauce
Moi-moi.
Ingredients:
3 cups or 750g Beans
5 tablespoons ground crayfish
4 big stock cubes
1 habanero pepper
3 tatashe peppers
2 big onions
20cl vegetable oil
2 litres of cool or warm water Salt (to taste)
You can add:
Hard boiled eggs, fish or liver
Cooking directions:
-Blend the beans, tatashe , onions, crayfish, habanero pepper together with some of the water; pour the mix into a big enough bowl.
Add the vegetable oil and the egg and fish stock (optional). Slowly add the remaining water and stir
-Add salt to taste and stir very well.
-Pad the base of a big pot, pour some water and set on the stove. The depth of the water should be at most 1 inch.
-Dish the Moi moi mix into containers of your choice, add egg/fish to each container, seal/cover and set them in the pot.
-Add as small quantity of water as possible at a time while cooking the Moi Moi so that the moi moi will not become watery when done (especially when using aluminium foil. The length of time you will cook your Moi Moi depends on the quantity and the Moi Moi container you used.
Note:If using Moi Moi containers, it is advisable to cook your Moi Moi for at least 1 hour, before checking it. Confirm that it is done by putting a knife through it, if the knife is stained with Moi Moi paste, then the Moi Moi is not done, but if the knife just has a slight smear of Moi Moi, then it’s done. Also, when you cut through the Moi Moi, the insides will be set and not watery.
If you are cooking a few wraps of Moi Moi in a small pot on high heat, then it will only take about 45 minutes to get done while when you are cooking a large pot of Moi Moi, it will definitely take more than one hour.
Serve with ogi (akamu), oats, custard etc.

Usman and Co hosted by the HOD of mass communication department Dr Gambo Ibrahim Ahmad, Mass communication student advicer chief lecturer Mallam Sanusi Rufai Buhari a consultant of Unicef and the entire mass communication executives in collaboration with JAMAR HEALTH FOUNDATION, AFRICAN INITIATIVE FOR ADVANCE SOCIAL CARE AND DEVELOPMENT (AFSCAN}, GIRL PAD and WITED KADPOLY CHAPTER.
Mallam sanusi rufai said the theme for this program is OUR TIME IS NOW AND OUR RIGHTS OUR FUTURE.the program is all about the roles of the girl as that of the boy child. according to him he said a child is a person who is beyond 18yrs,he said the right of a child is to be protected and today so many childrens right have been violated.the activities that may affect a child are much for instance marriage of a child below the age of 18 is wrong and is punishable by law ,no child should be employed as domestic help,allowing a child to hawk or prostitute is punishable by law and so many of this laws have been violated making the girl child experience all forms of violence by either people who are close to them,it is reported Nigeria has the largest number of child abuse.
